Job Description

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We have three positions available:

• Two full-time SLPAs (37.5 hours/week), with caseloads split between elementary and middle school students.
• One part-time SLPA (3 days a week), supporting a blend of middle and high school students.

Each role involves working primarily in a single building while collaborating with dynamic school communities in the Parker area and nearby towns. Your expertise will empower students to communicate effectively, supporting a positive learning environment starting this August through late May.

Qualified candidates should bring:

• Active Colorado SLPA license (required)
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to manage diverse caseloads

Core responsibilities include:

• Assisting in assessments and therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Implementing individualized education plans
• Documenting progress and contributing to student reports
• Collaborating with teachers and support staff to ensure student success
• Engaging students in activities that build social and communication skills
