Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments tailored to individual child and family needs.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Develop rapport with families, children, and team members to facilitate a positive and supportive learning environment.

• Collaborate with families to create tailored action plans, employing evidence-based practices and embracing the Natural Learning Environment model.

• Provide essential coaching and instruction to families regarding child development strategies that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations while ensuring the health and safety of both staff and clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and adapt to evolving practices in social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus primarily on families with young children who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Specifically, you will support infants and toddlers during their critical early years, helping them acquire the foundational skills necessary for further development in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. Your expertise will be invaluable in easing the transition for families, offering empathy and actionable strategies during challenging times.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, with active LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
