Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals, couples, and families to identify emotional, behavioral, and relational issues.

• Utilize different assessment tools and interviews to gather essential information for developing tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs.

• Establish therapeutic goals that aim to improve relationship dynamics, emotional health, and personal growth.

• Address a variety of challenges such as marital conflicts, communication breakdowns, infidelity, parenting struggles, grief, and trauma through targeted therapeutic interventions.

• Monitor clients’ progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Clinical experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Strong understanding of a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems, and solution-focused therapy.

• Excellent communication and active listening skills, facilitating strong client relationships.

• Proficiency in conflict resolution and emotional regulation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $74,000.00 to $117,000.00 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
