Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate and Treat: You will assess patients' psychosocial issues and develop individualized care plans to address mental health challenges, while also considering the physical health factors influencing their recovery.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with medical and support staff to create holistic treatment plans, sharing insights about patients’ backgrounds and psychosocial functioning to enhance their overall care experience.

• Effective Documentation: Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with departmental standards, ensuring that all interventions are accurately and thoroughly documented.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients undergoing detoxification treatment, who often face complex psychosocial challenges as they transition to a healthier lifestyle. You will work with a diverse population, addressing the unique needs of individuals at various stages of recovery while offering a non-judgmental, supportive approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, along with a current LCSW license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

• Demonstrated expertise in the field of social work with knowledge of the aging process and human development stages pertaining to mental health.

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience, ideally in health or mental health settings, with an emphasis on substance use disorders and recovery-oriented practices.

• Strong analytical and therapy skills to assess patient needs efficiently and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in detox or rehabilitation centers providing clinical support to individuals undergoing substance use treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
