Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services in compliance with best practice standards, ensuring effective interventions for clients.

• Participate actively in the audit and quality assurance processes of documentation and client records in accordance with agency policies.

• Maintain accurate and timely data entry into the client’s AWARDS electronic health record system to support comprehensive care.

• Provide clinical consultation via phone and during in-person meetings for both crisis and non-crisis situations, effectively managing client needs as they arise.

• Organize and oversee intern recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with agency goals and compliance with educational requirements.

• Plan and coordinate recruitment events for interns and trainees, furthering the mission of educational support and community engagement.
\n
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for interns, ensuring they meet all documentation requirements from their universities.
\n
• Assist in the performance evaluation of interns, providing constructive feedback and supporting their growth within the organization.

• Collaborate with centralized intake, clinical supervisors, and school site contacts to monitor and address intern caseloads and assignments.

Qualifications\n
