An international manufacturer of advanced dental restorative materials is opening its first US commercial office and is hiring the person to lead that launch. If you know the dental lab and clinic world from the inside and you'd rather open new accounts than manage an existing book, this is a rare ground-floor opportunity.

This is a true "hunter" role and the first commercial hire for a new US entity. You'll be responsible for opening new direct accounts among dental laboratories, clinics, and group practices (DSOs) across the country, with the Southeast and Florida as your immediate priority territory, while providing light support to a small number of existing US distribution partners. You'll be backed by an established international group with a differentiated product and years of clinical evidence behind it.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities across the US dental market, including independent clinics, DSOs and group practices, laboratories, and distributors.
• Build and manage a robust new-business pipeline, from first contact through signed agreement.
• Develop and execute a territory and account-acquisition strategy, prioritizing the Southeast and Florida while building nationwide coverage over time.
• Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new clients and partners.
• Represent the company at US trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, dental associations, and industry influencers to support market entry.
• Support early adopters directly with product training, workflow integration, and troubleshooting on early cases.
• Provide sales support to existing distribution partners as needed, including roadshows and joint sales visits.
• Track and report pipeline, revenue, and adoption metrics on a regular cadence.
• Stay current on US dental market trends, competitor activity, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Feed market and technical insight back to the product team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in the dental laboratory world, such as dental technician training or equivalent practical experience with prosthetic workflows and CAD/CAM.
• 3+ years in a commercial or sales role since leaving the bench, with a clear revenue number carried and met (5+ years preferred).
• A genuine "hunter" track record: prospecting, opening, and closing new direct accounts, rather than managing an existing book of business.
• Ability to discuss material properties, indications, and case selection credibly with a technical audience.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Valid US driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (an estimated 50 to 80 percent of the time) across the territory and to industry events.
• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Based in the United States, ideally in or around Miami, FL, or elsewhere on the East Coast if working remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

• An existing network of contacts across US dental laboratories, DSOs, or clinics.
• Experience introducing a new material or technology into an established clinical or laboratory workflow.
• Experience selling to DSOs and consolidated laboratory or clinic groups.
• Prior exposure to a startup, subsidiary launch, or other build-from-zero commercial environment.
• CAD/CAM, milling, or digital dentistry certifications.
• A business or commercial qualification alongside a technical background.
• Familiarity with the US regulatory context for dental materials.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Spanish or French language skills, useful for coordinating with an international team.

Benefits

• Base salary: $110,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
• Variable/commission: targeted to bring total on-target earnings to $180,000, with potential up to $190,000 for an exceptional candidate.
