Energize your career by supporting students and school professionals as an on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic educational setting near Fort Worth, TX. This full-time, contract opportunity starts August 10, 2026, and runs through May 21, 2027, offering up to 37.5 hours per week. As an itinerant resource, you’ll collaborate closely within district regions, lending your expertise primarily to School Psychologists (LSSPs) and bolstering comprehensive evaluations.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA license issued by the State of Texas
• Adept at working in school settings; prior experience in education highly valued
• Familiarity with comprehensive behavioral assessment tools, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS
• Capable of precise data collection, behavioral consultation, and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
• Strong collaborative and communication skills, comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to travel across schools within assigned district regions
• Completion of fingerprinting through TEA required, unless performed recently for a public school district (clearance must be confirmed prior to start)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support LSSPs in conducting Full Individual and Initial Evaluations (FIIE)
• Administer specialized assessments and direct behavioral observations
• Provide consultation and expertise on behavioral intervention and data-driven practices
• Contribute to documentation and recommendations that foster positive student outcomes
• Act as a pivotal link between assessment results and practical support in classroom settings
