Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students and School Psychologists across a vibrant school district near Fort Worth, TX! This full-time, on-site position is designed for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) passionate about advancing evidence-based practices and comprehensive behavioral evaluations in educational settings.

As an itinerant BCBA, you’ll collaborate closely with School Psychologists (LSSPs), providing pivotal evaluative support, data collection, and behavioral consultation. Your expertise will play a vital role in enriching Full Individual and Initial Evaluation (FIIE) processes, and you’ll have the chance to administer a variety of specialized assessments such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS. Responsibilities extend to conducting direct observations and Functional Behavior Assessments, contributing to the development of holistic, individualized educational plans.

What we’re looking for:

• Current, active TX BCBA licensure
• Prior experience within a school setting is highly valued
• Strong background in behavioral evaluation and the administration of specialized assessment tools
• Ability to operate independently within an itinerant role and adapt to multiple school environments
• Excellent communication and consultation skills for effective collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Willingness to complete time-sensitive fingerprinting and credentialing requirements through TEA if not recently completed

Key responsibilities:

• Support School Psychologists (LSSPs) with data-driven behavioral evaluations
• Administer specialized assessments and interpret results to guide interventions
• Provide behavioral consultation and expert recommendations for Comprehensive FIIEs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and direct student observations
• Travel within designated district regions (precise schools and caseload to be confirmed)
