MRO Support Analyst Houston, TX Onsite RoleInviting applications for the role of MRO Support Analyst. The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to Customer Service Leaders. This role will be directly reporting into Senior Operations Manager. The role will be performed at the client's location. It will also require this individual to take operational instructions from the client stakeholder, to ensure their goals are met. Position interacts with all levels of managers and agents within the company. There is a high degree of client interaction.ResponsibilitiesCreated process for Data Cleanup on ReallocationsPerformed Data Analysis in Arms for ReallocationsData Cleaning and Processing in ArmsConclude Data Validation for Cycle Count in ExcelPresent Reallocations Findings to Global Finance teamCommunicate Inventory and Reallocations Cleanup Proposals to DT and Config TeamsData Analysis and Research in Oracle on Part NumbersData Validation using VLOOKUP and Filtering in ExcelCreate Data Presentations in Excel for Stage Two NozzlesExtract, transform, and validate NSMR operational data from multiple enterprise systems to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.Develop and maintain structured SQL queries, staging tables, and reusable data models to support governance tracking, snapshot comparisons, and status reporting.Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor NSMR status, gate progression, backlog trends, and operational performance metrics.Conduct variance and trend analysis across monthly snapshots to quantify queue movement and status transitions.Standardize reporting views and metric definitions to improve transparency and consistency across channelsCreate and configure project records within Foxtrot/Oracle to support operational and financial tracking requirements.Record and document scrapped parts and asset disposition data to support financial reconciliation and reporting.Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual preparation and improve reporting efficiency.Credit return parts.Go to the black credit return crates in Final Assembly, to collect parts that must be credit returned.Help with credit returning Installed Parts.Minimum Qualifications· Excellent interpersonal skills with leadership capability· Supply Chain Fulfilment· Superb task management· Proven analytical and organizational ability.· Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office with an emphasis on Excel.· Strong initiative - ability to work with little to no daily direction.· Persistent attention to detail· College DegreePreferred Qualifications/ Skills· Knowledge of Oracle ERP platforms
