What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal patient care in a Level-IIIB NICU environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Support neonatal stabilization, ventilator management, and family-centered care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training
• Engage with NICU family support programs and innovative family engagement tools
• Contribute to educational activities and mentorship for new staff and graduates
• Utilize advanced neonatal protocols and technology, including Angel Eye monitoring

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (No PAs, FNP, PNP accepted)
• Missouri RN license and NNP certification
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• NICU experience or recent graduate with a strong interest in neonatology
• Familiarity with family support initiatives and neonatal care protocols
