Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to students’ unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans that are regularly updated based on progress and feedback.

• Maintain meticulous client records in accordance with state guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Provide ongoing support for children and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges, trauma, or substance use issues.

• Collaborate effectively with educators, school psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate care and implement school-wide initiatives.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in the field and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of students ranging from elementary to high school age. Many of these students face challenges related to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or substance use. Your role will be instrumental in helping them navigate these difficulties, promoting resilience and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required, along with a strong foundation in counseling methodologies.

• An active social work license in the state of Oregon, ensuring adherence to professional and ethical standards.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical or counseling setting, preferably with children and adolescents.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
