Senior Director, Business Human Resources- Intercontinental

AbbVie seeks a Senior Director of Business Human Resources for its international operations. This strategic role partners with global business leaders to develop and execute talent, organizational, and people strategies that support business objectives and establish AbbVie as an employer of choice.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary strategic HR partner to international business functions and senior leadership
- Lead development and implementation of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
- Coach and advise business leaders on succession planning, leadership development, and talent management
- Oversee HR program delivery, client satisfaction, and financial accountability for assigned business segment
- Drive organizational design, change management, and culture initiatives including diversity and inclusion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of relevant human resources experience
- Experience supporting global businesses and international senior leadership
- Expertise in organizational development, design, and effectiveness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments
- Project management or business experience
- Supervisory and leadership experience
