Work Environment\n

This remote position includes the benefit of working from home while utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth technologies to deliver therapy effectively. Flexibility is key; therapists will operate mainly from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional adjustments in schedule based on patient availability and needs. Our telehealth platform supports seamless interactions, ensuring that both patients and therapists have a smooth, user-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and challenges, and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate healing and growth in individual, couples, and group therapy settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health concerns, thereby promoting community and togetherness among clients.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
