Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' emotional and psychological needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Lead group therapy sessions focusing on specific issues like grief, relationship conflicts, and stress management.

• Monitor clients’ progress and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring alignment with their therapeutic goals.

• Coordinate referrals to specialists or community resources when additional support is warranted.

• Document all treatment sessions and consultations accurately in client records, complying with HIPAA regulations and best practices.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and emerging research in family and marriage therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license in Virginia.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills with a deep understanding of family dynamics.

• Two or more years of experience in a clinical setting focused on marriage and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
