Salesforce CPQ Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce CPQ Lead to guide the implementation and optimization of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions. This role requires hands-on development expertise, leadership in architectural best practices, and collaboration with technical leads and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SteelBrick CPQ, Apex, and LWC, and will play a key role in streamlining sales processes and driving platform growth. Technical Leadership & Development Lead Salesforce CPQ development efforts, including UI, batch processes, integrations, and frameworks. Provide hands-on development using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Partner with technical leads and architects to ensure code quality and alignment with best practices. Guide and mentor team members on CPQ architecture and implementation strategies. Lead the implementation and integration of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud. Establish configurations, pricing models, discount structures, and quote templates. Maintain data tables for accurate product configurations and options. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CPQ product solutions. Business Collaboration & Strategy Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess current processes and future requirements. Translate business needs into technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations. Project & QA Support Support QA/UAT processes and obtain approvals for changes in test and production environments. Maintain transparency around project challenges, timelines, and deliverables. Assist in managing shifting priorities and resolving issues professionally. Required Qualifications Proven experience leading Salesforce platform development (UI, batches, integrations, frameworks). Hands-on experience with SteelBrick CPQ, Apex, and LWC. Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ architecture and best practices. Experience with Revenue Cloud implementation or piloting. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Salesforce ecosystem architecture and business application tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices. Experience working with senior business leaders to translate use cases into technical solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
