Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, providing consistent and supportive therapy to foster positive change and growth.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss challenges, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and meticulously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Document all interactions and progress notes in a timely manner to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to gather pertinent client information and establish appropriate treatment pathways.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and receive guidance on complex cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington State.
\n
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems, including Excel, standard RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and scheduling purposes.
\n
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services, including individual and family therapy, is essential.
\n
• Confidence and competence in conducting intake assessments to inform treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time LPC position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model, allowing for transparent and guaranteed rate payments. Additional benefits include:
