Sales Support Specialist

Job Description

Seeking a Sales Support professional to help manage and support national customer accounts. This role serves as a key connection between customers, sales teams, branch operations, and internal departments to ensure customer agreements, pricing, reporting, and account information are maintained accurately.

The position is heavily focused on administrative support, customer service, data management, reporting, and contract coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders while managing competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain customer account profiles, contract information, and pricing records within internal systems.

Support customer agreements by tracking active accounts and ensuring data accuracy.

Respond to customer requests, questionnaires, and information inquiries.

Create customer-facing presentations for implementation meetings, business reviews, contract launches, and other account-related discussions.

Develop and distribute reports covering performance metrics, cost savings, and customized customer data.

Assist branch teams and internal partners with questions related to customer agreements and contract requirements.

Coordinate with various departments to gather information and resolve customer issues.

Participate in customer meetings, conference calls, and account review discussions.

Support special projects and other departmental initiatives as needed.

Skills and Requirements

1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or similar field

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Ability to work effectively across multiple departments

Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities

Experience supporting customer accounts, contracts, reporting, or pricing activities preferred proficient in Microsoft offices
