Director of Health Product, Point Solutions

Role Description

Alight is seeking a seasoned Director of Health Product, Point Solutions to lead strategic product initiatives within our Benefits Administration portfolio. This leader will be responsible for product planning, execution and management through the product lifecycle. You will work across strategic priorities, capabilities and solution features, including:

• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
• Defining the product vision with stakeholders
• Working closely with UX design, engineering, analytics, marketing and client delivery

This includes ensuring that the product supports Alight’s overall strategy and goals. You will manage a team of senior Product Managers and Product Owners, and deliver complex, large-scale solutions that meet the needs of clients, members, and operational stakeholders.

A successful candidate for this role possesses strong knowledge and experience in benefits administration, with deep expertise in:

• Spending account management
• Dependent and life event verification
• Regulatory compliance
• Enterprise-scale product delivery

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and relationship management skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in benefits administration or employee benefits, with increasing responsibility in product roles
• Proven track record of leading large, complex enterprise product initiatives
• Experience managing and developing teams of senior Product Managers and Product Owners
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product delivery practices
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across functions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field or corresponding experience required
• Benefits certification (e.g., CEBS), MBA or advanced degree preferred
