## Pay Package

* **Gross Weekly:** $2,146.00/week
* **W2 Taxable Rate:** $25.00/hr
* **Per Diem (Non-Taxable):** $1,246.00/week

⚡ Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum **1.5 years ICU RN experience**
* Strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
* Experience with ventilators (BiPAP/CPAP included)
* Ability to manage multisystem organ failure patients
* IV therapy and infusion management
* Isolation precautions and PPE compliance
* Critical thinking in high-acuity settings
