Parts Specialist


Pay: $25/hr
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM and one evening per week until 6:00 PM

Position Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Parts Specialist to manage incoming parts requests, orders, repairs, returns, and shipments. This position requires strong communication and follow-up skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The Parts Specialist will communicate with customers and corporate headquarters, process parts orders, coordinate repairs and returns, and ensure parts are accurately picked, packed, documented, and shipped. The role also includes weekday and weekend on-call support for emergency parts needs, as well as one evening per week of after-hours support.

What You'll Do


As a Parts Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Process incoming parts and retrofit offers/orders via email and phone
• Coordinate repairs and returns for parts, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding offers and orders to ensure timely fulfillment
• Communicate with customers and corporate headquarters to clarify and complete all parts-related requests
• Provide weekday and weekend on-call support for emergency parts needs, including responding to calls and coming into the office if required
• Work one evening per week until 6:00 PM to support after-hours parts service requests
• Accurately pick, pack, and arrange shipment of parts using UPS, FedEx, or other delivery services when providing on-call support
• Maintain records and ensure an efficient workflow in parts processing

• Flexible and dependable, especially during on-call and emergency situations
• SAP experience is a plus, but not required
• Microsoft Office 365 knowledge is a plus, but not required
