This full-time, on-site position near New Castle, DE, is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist eager to work with pediatric populations. Travel professionals are encouraged to bring their expertise and passion to a supportive educational setting.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
  • Experience working with pediatric and school-based caseloads
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely records compliant with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to eligibility assessments, and provide required reports
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to help students achieve educational success
