Director of Sales & Marketing

Requirements:

• Demonstrated sales experience in senior living
• Proven ability to drive occupancy and revenue growth
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with community leadership and teams

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + bonus potential
• Health / Dental / Vision
• Retirement plan + employer contribution
• PTO
• Bonus eligible
