Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing structured interviews and standardized diagnostic tools.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their unique backgrounds, goals, and preferences.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy, incorporating methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in line with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring a thorough record of client interactions and clinical outcomes.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, engaging in training opportunities, and staying informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults faced with a variety of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
