Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and document findings in the electronic health record with accuracy. Develop and implement care plans, coordinate with the healthcare team, and adjust interventions as patient needs evolve. Educate patients and families, provide learning opportunities, and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels when appropriate, while maintaining a safe and compassionate care environment.
