This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Business Development Lead and a key entry point into Infobip's commercial organization, designed to prepare you for future growth into Mid-Market or Tier 1 customer-facing roles.**What you'll do*** Execute outbound prospecting across target accounts, industries, and regions* Engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and digital outreach channels* Research accounts, stakeholders, and buying personas to identify opportunities* Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives* Collaborate with Regional Sales and Customer Facing teams on pipeline initiatives* Maintain and execute outreach sequences using approved tools and methodologies* Use prospecting and research tools to enrich and validate account data* Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce and outreach platforms* Follow qualification standards and outreach best practices to ensure pipeline quality* Leverage AI tools and automation to improve research, outreach, and productivity* Continuously learn Infobip products, solutions, and customer use cases**What makes you a strong fit*** Interest in sales, business development, or B2B tech environments* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Comfortable with targets, structured processes, and outbound activity* Curious, coachable, and motivated to grow within a commercial career path* Organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented**Additional Information****Salary Range**: $66,000-$85,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset).
