We're Hiring: Brand Partnerships & Digital Talent Manager Location: Tampa, FL (In-Office) Position: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive salary (based on experience) Help Build Something New Level Talent Group is looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven professional to lead and grow our Brand & Digital Division. This is a unique opportunity to help build a growing department from the ground up. We're looking for someone who understands today's creator economy, knows how brands and influencers work together, and is excited to create new opportunities for talent. Responsibilities Represent and develop a roster of influencers, creators, athletes, and brand talent. Secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, ambassador programs, and paid campaigns. Build relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing teams. Negotiate partnership agreements and manage campaigns from start to finish. Recruit new digital talent and help grow the division. Stay current on social media trends and emerging platforms. What We're Looking For Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, brand partnerships, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media landscape. Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and excited to help build something from the ground up. Experience negotiating brand partnerships is a plus. Why Level Talent Group?
