Location Miramar, Florida Summary Performs various imaging procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. The Radiology Technologist II must meet all basic criteria for Radiology Technologist I, and demonstrate proficiency in the responsibilities listed below plus a minimum of 6 months’ tenure at Memorial Healthcare System (MHS). Responsibilities Serves as a clinical resource for staff. Provides feedback on performance evaluations for peers and trainees. Operates Fluoroscope, C-Arm imaging systems and performs all surgical image guided procedures. Performs workflow management, as necessary. Precepts, at least, 2 students and/or new hires per quarter. Performs Quality Assurance Testing on imaging and related equipment. Actively participates in Radiology Quality Assurance (QA) Program (resource for peers on-site for specific skills and communicates radiologist feedback on image quality in constructive manner).
