Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children’s developmental needs.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) for enrolled families, adjusting services based on evolving needs and priorities.
\n
• Regularly monitor campaign outcomes, contributing insights and strategies during team meetings to enhance shared learning.
\n
• Provide coaching and family support aimed at creating natural environments for child learning and development based on evidence-based practices.
\n
• Facilitate open communication with families, ensuring they are equipped with information and skills necessary to support their child's growth.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations, while maintaining the health and safety of clients and staff.

• Utilize natural environment teaching strategies to foster child and family engagement.
\n
• Develop rapport with children and families to promote a healthy and engaging learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children from birth to age three, who may have disabilities or developmental delays. Your efforts will directly support families during early intervention, helping them navigate challenges and reinforcing the development of essential physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills through tailored strategies and resources.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage caseloads effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a deep respect for client confidentiality and autonomy.

• Flexibility in adapting interventions to diverse learning styles, accommodating the unique needs of each child and family.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel as needed for home visits or community collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n
