What You'll Actually Do

You'll become the face of HomeSmiles in your local market , opening doors and turning conversations into customers.

• Meet with homeowners, property managers, businesses, and other potential clients.
• Identify maintenance problems and show customers how HomeSmiles can solve them.
• Build your own book of business and develop valuable local relationships.
• Create and execute your own sales strategy.
• Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers.
• Present solutions, negotiate agreements, and close sales.
• Track your results and continuously improve your approach.
