Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients, documenting their mental health history and current challenges to establish personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to implement individualized treatment strategies aimed at promoting client engagement and sustaining progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
