Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP) is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support financial operations, reporting, and analysis across our growing organization. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, analyzing variances, and helping ensure compliance with GAAP standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will support financial reporting, account analysis, reconciliations, and budgeting processes while partnering with leadership and operational teams across the organization.

• Financial Reporting - Prepare, review, and analyze monthly reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts.
• Variance Analysis - Review divisional financial statements, analyze budget versus actual variances, and provide reporting insights.
• Fixed Asset Management - Maintain fixed asset records and process disposals, depreciation, and related journal entries.
• General Ledger Oversight - Assist with financial analysis, account reclassifications, and resolving unusual or incorrect entries.
• Budgeting & Forecasting - Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities across departments.
• Cost Allocation - Maintain accurate inter-company transactions, payroll accruals, and cost coding processes.
• Expense Tracking - Monitor prepaid expenses and allocate costs appropriately across reporting periods.
• Bank Reconciliations & Compliance - Review reconciliations, sales tax filings, commissions, accruals, and month-end close activities
• Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and financial workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with operational teams and leadership to support business objectives and financial decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with accounting software and financial management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis preferred.
