About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Enrollment Management and Communications to provide strategic and operational leadership in the development and implementation of comprehensive enrollment strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing institutional goals related to recruitment, enrollment, and net tuition revenue, while also supporting retention and student success. This role requires a leader who can integrate data-informed approaches across various student populations, oversee admissions, financial aid, global education, and marketing and communications, and collaborate with campus leaders to strengthen the enrollment pipeline. The Vice President will be expected to be a visible, innovative, and mission-centered leader, capable of translating enrollment data and market trends into action, and building high-performing teams. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in higher education enrollment management. A proven track record in developing and executing enrollment strategies, as well as knowledge of best practices in enrollment management, admissions, and retention, is essential. The role demands strong analytical skills, the ability to manage financial aid strategy, and experience with enrollment technology. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, senior-level enrollment leadership experience, and a background in a private, mission-driven, or tuition-dependent higher education environment. Professional integrity, discretion, and a commitment to the values of the institution are also required.
