Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments for individuals seeking support, incorporating a patient-centered approach that acknowledges their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's specific needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address various mental health concerns while fostering resilience and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and effective, evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy with a strong emphasis on cultural competence and inclusivity.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure during challenging situations.
