Essential Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME.

Necessary Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Active medical license in California (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
