Work Environment

You will be working onsite in our modern outpatient clinic in Ventura, California, a vibrant city known for its beautiful beaches and welcoming community. Our clinic is designed to create a comfortable and motivating atmosphere for both patients and staff, featuring cutting-edge therapy equipment and ample space for various therapeutic activities. This position requires you to be present in the facility five days a week, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for meaningful interaction with patients and the opportunity to collaborate closely with your peers.

Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, identifying specific needs, and establishing individualized treatment plans.
• Administering therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and progression through evidence-based modalities to foster recovery.
• Implementing personalized treatment strategies aimed at restoring functionality, reducing pain, and enhancing mobility.
• Providing patient education on treatment protocols, injury prevention strategies, and techniques for maintaining long-term health and well-being.
• Collaborating with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care, improving overall treatment outcomes.
• Maintaining detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role must possess:

• A current and valid California Physical Therapist License, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits
