Key Responsibilities

• Identify patients' goals, tailoring interventions and therapeutic techniques accordingly to optimize recovery.

• Design and implement personalized fitness and wellness programs that align with the specific requirements of each patient.
• Promote patient adherence to rehabilitation protocols through encouragement and motivation throughout treatment.
• Limit reliance on medications by offering non-invasive treatment options and educating patients on lifestyle changes to reduce the need for surgical interventions.
• Document all patient interactions and care services accurately and thoroughly, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Our patient demographic is diverse, encompassing both athletes seeking rehabilitation for sports-related injuries and individuals managing chronic pain. Your role will be crucial in helping these patients regain their confidence and independence through targeted therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Must hold a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Maintains an excellent professional record, free from disciplinary actions or board complaints.
• Strong manual therapy skills, with proven competence in implementing therapeutic exercises tailored to patient needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong patient relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional qualifications.
