Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional evaluations to gauge patients' physical abilities and limitations.

• Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilization, myofascial release, and soft tissue manipulation.

• Document patient interactions and treatment processes meticulously, ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate new methodologies into treatment.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with patients facing orthopedic challenges, sports injuries, and rehabilitation post-surgery. Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience, particularly in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to manual therapy and functional assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Preferred Experience

While we encourage experienced therapists to apply, recent graduates with clinical rotations in orthopedics are also welcome. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
