Work Environment

This position is based in Oxnard, California, with services delivered onsite in client homes. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals within a supportive team environment that encourages personal growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for clients of various ages, focusing on assessing movement, strength, and overall functional ability.
• Design, implement, and adjust customized treatment plans that cater to individual client needs, addressing specific health goals and recovery challenges.
• Monitor patient progress through regular assessments, adapting treatment strategies effectively to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Complete thorough documentation for each patient using our electronic health record system, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and treatment plans, within specified time frames.
• Provide education to clients and their families regarding treatment processes, recovery strategies, and potential challenges to enhance understanding and compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients receiving multiple therapeutic services, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Adhere to organizational goals and performance benchmarks, including meeting minimum utilization goals.
• Actively promote and embody our company's values and culture, serving as an ambassador of Heal Motion Care in your interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Heal Motion Care, you will work with a wide array of patients, including children and adults facing various physical challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in California, issued by the Board of Physical Therapy.
• Willingness to perform evaluations and treatments in person and via telehealth, when clinically appropriate.
• Strong interest in working with a diverse patient population and adapting to various patient needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
