Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Full Heart Family Therapy, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to evaluate mood disorders, tracking the duration and severity of symptoms through structured clinical interviews and standardized assessments.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that align with each client's needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches like structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and systems theory.

• Providing ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies through workshops and one-on-one sessions.

• Regularly reviewing and documenting client progress, adjusting treatment modalities in response to changes in their condition and feedback from family members.

• Maintaining meticulous records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Participating in team meetings for case reviews and engaging in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions.

Qualifications\n
