Alarm Center Security is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who is organized, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.

Position Details:

1. Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday
2. Location: On-site
3. Hours: 8am 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
2. Greet clients and assist with general inquiries
3. Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls
4. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
5. Prepare invoices, reports, and business correspondence
6. Provide administrative support to management and technicians

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
2. Prior administrative or office experience preferred
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
