Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to effectively identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate client healing.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that establish clear goals and therapeutic interventions, reviewing progress regularly.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and refine treatment strategies, ensuring all approaches align with client-centered care.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans tailored to individual client situations.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational protocols, ensuring sensitive client information is securely managed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, and families. Our clientele tends to include those experiencing challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
