Standard hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring a stable schedule that allows our therapists to maintain a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations that assess the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, developing tailored treatment plans aligned with their personal goals and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients’ mental health challenges.

• Educate clients and their families on the nature of mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes and ensure alignment with client needs.
