Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments that evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental needs, utilizing appropriate assessment tools and methodologies.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client well-being.

• Work collaboratively with community agencies, advocating for clients’ access to resources and navigating social service systems.

• Engage in proactive community outreach efforts, raising awareness about agency services and resources available to the public.

• Participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and continuous training to enhance service delivery and keep abreast of best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
