Warehouse AssociateAt Legendary Home Services, the Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams across the Twin Cities and Rochester markets. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing materials, equipment, and inventory that keep our technicians stocked and ready to deliver Legendary Service, Legendary Care to our customers every day. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast paced environment where teamwork and accountability matter.Work for a growing home service company with opportunities for advancement across multiple trades and departments Competitive compensation and performance driven culture Full medical, dental, and vision benefits including employer paid plan options 401(k) with company match to help secure your future Ongoing training and development opportunities A team environment where your work directly supports the success of technicians, customers, and operations Stable, year round work with a company that continues to grow throughout MinnesotaKey Responsibilities:Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of items received.Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage shipping schedules.Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.Track and report any inventory discrepancies, damage, or loss.Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.Complete and maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions.Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and other key metrics.Communicate effectively with warehouse team members, supervisors, and other departments.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (required).Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role (preferred).Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (preferred).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Good physical condition and the ability to lift and move heavy items.Interpersonal Qualifications:Customer service focus and mindset, putting our employees and Partners first, with excellent ability to communicate and develop relationships.Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to improve things both big and small.Highly organized, ability to act quickly while still having attention to detail.Hold yourself to a higher standard and exhibit a high level of integrity.Legendary Home Services is an equal opportunity employer.
