Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough individual therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms, adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide effective couples counseling that focuses on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships.

• Work closely with families to identify and address dynamics that may influence their mental health, including sessions focused on parenting strategies and family conflict resolution.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients' mental health goals, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and accurately diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing formal and informal assessment tools.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, referring clients to additional services as necessary, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, facing a myriad of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As an LMFT, you will engage with clients who may be experiencing significant life transitions, relational conflicts, or emotional struggles, and it will be your role to guide them through their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competency in therapy practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficient in using teletherapy tools and platforms, with the capability to adapt to new technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
