Salary $33.00 - $44.86 / hour Responsibilities Evaluate residents and establish individualized treatment plans Provide speech, language, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing therapy services Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Educate residents, families, and caregivers Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional practice standards Support positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction Position Overview As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that address communication, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, residents, and families to maximize functional outcomes and improve quality of life. Our SLPs are trusted clinical leaders who play a critical role in helping residents regain independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
