⭐ Reclaim / Scrap Operator
Full‑Time • 12‑Hour Shifts • Growth‑Focused Manufacturing Role
Start your manufacturing career with a company that invests in you. This is a hands‑on role where you help recycle aluminum material, support machine operators, and keep production running smoothly. No prior manufacturing experience is required—just reliability, a strong work ethic, and the desire to learn.
What You’ll Do- Recycle aluminum material by peeling protective film from large sheets and feeding them into a separator
- Support machine operators by organizing scrap, moving materials, and keeping production flowing
- Maintain a clean workspace by sweeping, removing debris, and assisting with basic machine cleaning
- Follow safety procedures including PPE use and lockout/tagout when required
- Operate pallet jacks and other light equipment
- Perform frequent physical tasks such as bending, lifting (30–50 lbs), climbing, and standing throughout the shift
- Participate in cross‑training to learn new machines and processes
- Take on additional duties as assigned to support reclaim and production operations
- Comfortable working around large industrial equipment
- Able to wear PPE (safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection)
- Can bend, lift, climb, and stand for long periods
- Willing to work rotating 12‑hour shifts (day or night)
- Reliable, safety‑minded, and eager to learn
- Experience in general labor, warehouse, or production is helpful—but not required

- Non–climate‑controlled production facility with exposure to heat
- Work around large machinery and moving equipment
- Required PPE: steel‑toe shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection
- 12‑hour rotating schedule:
- Days: 6:00 a.m.–6:15 p.m.
- Nights: 6:00 p.m.–6:15 a.m.
- 2‑2‑3 rotation (built‑in long weekends)
- Must be able to transition to night shift after training if assigned

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
