Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Healthy Horizons Therapy, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults, which allows for focused therapeutic engagement. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in client interactions.

• Proficiency in technology and strong computer skills to interface with our intuitive therapy platform.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should have a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, providing individual therapy. Experience with solution-based therapy modalities and familiarity with remote counseling practices will be beneficial. We prefer candidates with a track record of managing diverse client needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
