This remote position allows you to enjoy work-life balance while contributing to your community's mental health needs. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule during regular business hours, specifically Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. While working from home, you will utilize telehealth technologies for sessions and keep aligned with our collaborative atmosphere through virtual meetings and peer reviews.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gather in-depth patient histories and identify treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique life circumstances and psychological needs, using evidence-based strategies.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance within all documentation efforts.

• Foster teamwork by collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall care delivery.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment alternatives, and community resources, empowering them through information and support.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by remaining abreast of innovative practices and findings in the mental health realm.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• Proven experience and knowledge in solution-focused psychotherapy and the ability to adapt therapeutic methods to meet individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with team members and building trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
