Blow Mold Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire Location: Littleton, MA Shift: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, overtime and Saturdays as needed) Pay: Up to $35/hr (Based on experience) We are seeking a skilled Blow Mold Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing operations team. This direct hire role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing blow mold production equipment to ensure efficient, high‑quality output. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on blow mold production equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues Respond to equipment breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime Support line changeovers and equipment upgrades Collaborate with contractors on new equipment installations Assist with wastewater treatment processes and required documentation Participate in continuous improvement projects Qualifications 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and production equipment Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems Experience with PLCs, conveyors, and electrical systems is a plus Injection molding experience preferred Background in food or beverage manufacturing is a plus Must have own hand tools and ability to work independently This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in industrial maintenance and blow mold operations within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
